This article demonstrates how the sales of organic eating have been increasing in the last twenty years.  It offers a brief history, current trends nutritional components and graphs for additional evidence. It was useful to show the audience how organic eating is a trend right now and the pace at which it is continuing.

This file shows evidence for food that is safer, more nutritious and free of dangerous pesticides.  The Organic Consumer’s Association’s page offered help to what qualified as organic and how to distinguish between the different types as well.

Beyond Pesticides offered multiple studies from credible instiututions to show that organic foods contain more naturally occurring nutrients and are safer due to lack of pesticides and chemical additives.

This article explained how the United Kingdom study was misleading. Described the events that led up to the study and how it was discovered that the information was faulty.

The University of Maryland Medical Center’s page offered definitions of Holistic Medicine as well as what doctors are using it for today. Also offered up information of why this is an important subject today.

Langford’s article was helpful in researching organic home remedies that are being used and what symptoms they are trying to cure. She offered simple solutions to many of today’s home problems.

Rodale offered tips on the most effective way to save money when trying to shop for organic foods, if you need the extra money or not. She also offered many recipes and healthy cooking tips that someone new to organic eating would find very useful.

This article helped to explain how small efforts in eating organic can help someone lose weight. She offered tips that were helpful to show the reader examples.

Benbrook’s article shows why the nation will continue to move even more into a healthier diet. He suggest that the continuing knowledge and technology that society has will help us continue into a healthier lifestyle.

            Dr. Salerno stated why he recommends eating organic foods to his clients, due to the amount of Nutrients that are inside of them and why he also recommends this food to his weight loss    patients.

Blumenthal explains that someone does not go back and forth between being healthy. Once someone is knowledgeable about what they are putting into their body, they are more willing to take measures to maintain that healthy lifestyle.
